The effective recruitment and retention of senior and middle management is of paramount importance for any company. Those companies which make mistakes in the recruitment of such managers can, at best, slow their growth and, at worst, create major problems for the organisation in undoing the consequences of poor hiring decisions.
There is no infallible recruitment methodology but Devine Consulting brings its years of experience in the recruitment and assessment of individuals to provide a structured approach to the business of hiring. We have a number of training courses to cover recruitment including a one day training course which covers psychometrics, the differing recruitment methods and their appropriateness in certain circumstances, interview technique and then practical interview training with professional industrial actors, who provide feedback to the participants. The course is suitable for up to twelve individuals from one company at a time.
Additionally, Devine Consulting works with a number of other human resources professionals to create tailor made courses to address a variety of differing needs, including “Transition management and Recruitment” and “How to create outrageously successful teams”. |
