Our reputation depends on the quality of our service to candidates and clients alike. We will never undertake an assignment unless we are certain that we can add value. We will never submit a candidate unless they fulfil the client’s requirements and we consider that the role envisaged would be career enhancing.
Timeliness
We will give clients a clear indication of the time which we consider that assignment should take, setting out milestones along the way and undertake to deliver our results within the timescales agreed.
Honesty
We will be honest with clients and candidates alike. We will work closely with clients to ensure that their ambitions are realisable and realistic and we will not be afraid to tell them when this is not so. We will tell candidates where they stand in the process at every stage and will give open feedback wherever possible. Our experience and reputation ensures that we are objective and realistic.
Simplicity
Our pricing policy is simple. We work on a fixed fee which is agreed at the outset and is geared to the success of the assignment. Clients are billed on the achievement of agreed steps in the process and not by reason on effluxion of time. The fee will not alter irrespective of the salary finally agreed between the client and candidate, allowing us to the impartial in negotiations.
Ethics
We have strict rules on off limits and client conflicts. We are clear with our clients about these and will never approach candidates from within client companies. We make clients aware of all off limit issues prior to the commencement of an assignment in order to ensure that there are no misunderstandings.
Commitment
We are committed to long term relationships with our clients, helping them through all stages of growth. We believe that it is only through long term relationships that we can gain sufficient understanding of a client to be able to interpret their requirements successfully and to be able to identify those individuals who will best suit the dynamics of the client’s culture.

Perhaps an old fashioned word but we never forget that moving jobs is a very stressful occasion. We will answer every speculative CV and every reply to an advertised appointment, keeping people abreast of the situation as the assignment unfolds.
